		<description>I am blown away by this idea.  It seems like everything you mention in this post is about using hormesis to become physically stronger or more able to tolerate stressors.  Do you think hormesis principles can be applied to pyschological stressors, such as fear of failure?  I ask because I write a blog for people taking the bar exam and lots of my posts deal with how to reduce stress and anxiety related to the test.
